Organizations & Associations
Students in the department of English at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette are active in a number of English-specific organizations. Students in Sigma Tau Delta, for instance, the ULL branch of the national honors society hold English day, an event designed to reach out to students across the campus. The folklore and rhetoric reading groups meet three to four times a semester to discuss material relevant to their concentrations. The Milena Club is an impromptu group interested in experimental theater.
