Griffin Hall, home of the English Department, is now closed and locked along with most other University buildings.

The University, including the English Department, remains operational. If you need to reach us, please email english@louisiana.edu or call 337-482-6908.

Locked buildings will be accessible only to faculty and staff members who must perform an essential function that requires them to be on campus. Access is limited to those who have building keys. The amount of time spent in buildings must be limited to that which is necessary to complete tasks.

Computer and Internet Access

Students who need computer and internet access to complete remote coursework may visit the Agnes Edwards Hall Computer Lab. It will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Printing services will not be available. If additional software access is needed and is not available in the lab, contact 482-HELP or ithelp@louisiana.edu. Updates for STEP computer labs will be posted on its website.

Remote counseling now available

The Counseling and Testing Center is now offering remote mental health counseling services for students. Call (337) 482-6480 or email counseling@louisiana.edu for information. View other mental health resources.
